We provide maintenance plans for CCTV, EPOS, intruder alarms and Avery Berkel Scales. For support with your CCTV, EPOS, alarm installation or Avery scales, please contact us using the following details:

Our support opening hours are:
Monday to Friday: 6am – 11pm
Weekends: 6am – 5pm

Support is free for first month after purchase and thereafter, if you require support, you can purchase one of our maintenance plans.

Generally our support is to resolve software issues, where we will remotely connect to your system. If we identify a hardware fault this would be covered by a manufacturer warranty – in this case we will arrange a courier to collect the items to be returned and repaired. If you require temporary equipment while your system undergoes repair, we offer an equipment leasing service.
